Leave Without Pay

The Council of the University of Mauritius has approved that the University Policy on Leave Without Pay be aligned with the provisions of the PRB report for eligibility to be granted leave without pay. Same is applicable to all staff members on a substantive capacity.

Deans/Directors/Head of Sections are required to submit to the Office of Human Resources the duly filled-in “Mechanism for processing request for leave without pay” (restricted Access)  form, together with the request for leave without pay of the staff member concerned.
