We are delighted to announce the 13th International Research Symposium in Service Management (IRSSM 13), to be held at the beautiful Ravenala Attitude Hotel, Mauritius, from July 15–18, 2025.
This year's theme, “New Frontiers in Service Research: Excellence for Sustainability in the Age of AI,” focuses on exploring innovative approaches to achieving sustainable service excellence, highlighting the transformative potential of artificial intelligence. While we prioritise submissions aligned with this theme, we welcome diverse perspectives and research that foster the broader advancement of service management knowledge.
