• Students are required to call at the Admissions and Student Records Office (ASRO) to complete registration formalities with the following documents:
(i) Three passport-size photographs
(ii) Originals of educational certificates, birth certificate and marriage certificate, if applicable;
• Students are required to do a medical test for HIV, Hepatitis B and a Chest X-ray at any private medical/Clinic/hospital once in Mauritius to obtain their student residence permit for the duration of the programme.
• Students are required to provide their bank account details in Mauritius for onward submission to Passport and Immigration Office.

Students have to submit the following documents for Renewal of Residence Permit to the Admissions and Student Records Office, Lim Fat Engineering Tower, University of Mauritius
- ‘Application to Enter Mauritius’ form (This form is enclosed with the letter of offer). [Please ensure that name and signature are same as in passport].
- Two recent passport size photos
- Photocopy of the first five pages of the student’s passport (including page bearing photograph and date of issue).
- Copy of Residence Permit
- An original Bank Statement for at least 6 months of sponsor bearing the signature of the Bank Officer and the seal of Bank, as evidence of adequate funds of at least MUR150,000/=.
- Letter from Account Holder (sponsor) duly signed in own handwriting and his/her relation with student.
- Photocopy of Account Holder passport/Identity Card.
- Original local Bank statement of student with seal, with balance of Rs150,000 and above.
- Testimonial from faculty with list of completed and uncompleted modules.
- Attendance for the past 12 months.
- Transcripts of student.
