About MIS

Developed in 1999, the Management Information System (MIS) is contributing vastly in the computerization of the various business processes across the campus either via in-house implemented applications or in acquisition of ERP solutions so as to help the University streamlines the different procedures to be able to achieve a paperless environment.

The MIS has a small & dynamic dedicated team who have the necessary technical skills to build both online (web-based) and client-server information systems. The team develops, maintains and manages the in-house University applications and customization of UoM procured systems as well as provides support to end-users namely the students and University staff who interact with the University processes. Moreover, the team acquires new skills and competencies, via training, to excel in their tasks as well as to learn new technologies required for the effective streamlining of UoM business processes.
